Difficulty In The Employment Of Minority Students In Guizhou Province And Countermeasures

Employment is the bedrock of people's life and graduates are our precious human resources. At present, owning to the international financial crisis, the employment situations of China are extremely grim and college graduates are under increasing pressure. At the same time, the development of ethnic areas has been constrained by the scarcity of qualified personnel, which drags the regional economy development. Recently, people have begun reflecting on the reasons for employment problems and research on the difficulties of finding jobs and so on. Researches on the employments of university students, especially on the employment situations of ethnic minority graduates, have provided new research perspectives to the personnel training models of higher educations and the development of national education in order to open a new area for researching.By researching on employment situations of minority graduates around Guizhou Province and analyzing the existing employment problems and the significance for the nation, society and families according to the contemporary employment situations, this paper arrives at effective ways and countermeasures of solving the employment problems of ethnic graduates.Furthurmore extract new thoughts of developing and innovating the employment of ethnic graduates and interrelate the employments of ethnic graduates and higher education reforms, entrepreneurship, family education, career guidance, psychology consulting, government supports and policy supports together to bring out new viewpoints. This paper centers on the researches and discussion of the employment problems in front of the ethnic graduates, looking forward to accumulating effective experiences and values in order to provide certain references to the solutions of the employment problems for ethnic graduates.
