The Analysis Of Causes On Current Graduates' Employment Difficulties Within Interior Of Education And Countermeasures Research

The employment question is a foundation of the people's livelihood of a country, the employment question concerns the development of national economy and stability of society, has been always highly valued by the Central Party Committee and the State Council. In recent years, the problem of graduates' employment is shown especially day by day, graduates of higher learning as a more advanced knowledge reserves group, the employment's state will affect the economic development, social security and stability, as well as the graduates themselves directly. Most of the existing theoretical research from the perspective of economics and sociology to study the problem of graduates employment, and in this dissertation mainly from the unique perspective within education to study graduates' employment difficulties, the analysis of education-related factors affect the employment of graduates, from the perspective of education for graduates' employment solutions support and employment difficulties with the theory put forward measures to promote the employment of graduates.Given the severe employment situation of graduates and the theoretical research on the graduates' employment difficulties inadequate, the main question which this dissertation studies are the new tendency of graduates' employment difficulties, the impact of employment difficulties. Through the analysis of the graduates' employment status, it can reveal the analysis of causes on current graduates' employment difficulties within the education interior origin and the countermeasures.The main body of the dissertation is as follows, which is divided into four chapters, the first chapter is the theoretical foundation and research background study on the settlement of graduate employment difficulties related research. Chapter II describes the employment status of graduates, the characteristics of graduate employment difficulties and the impact of employment difficulties. Chapter III, IV is the principal part of this dissertation, discussed in the third chapter the causes of graduates' employment difficulties with detailed analysis within the perspective of education, and expounded these factors between deep-seated mutual relations.
