Through literature method, interview investigation method and case analysis method, the M senior middle school and N middle school teacher, teacher and student interviews, analysis of the M class construction and management of the status quo of middle school senior teacher in charge, now put forward the problems in the class management, and carries on the attribution, find out the teacher in charge the adverse factors in class management, again through the N 14 middle school class of students, teachers, visit the record, the empirical research how weeks teacher classroom management experience, superior practice basis for M middle school class management, make the teacher in charge of the management to be scientific and humanistic combination, make the student’s body and mind development and the harmonious development of the class better together, so that high three students in a relaxed and harmonious learning environment, with a good attitude to overcome the university entrance exam.
