The development of oral communication ability ofmiddle school students not only affects their written communicationability, but also affects the development of interpersonalcommunication and social adaption ability, and it even affects thinking ability, intelligence level; we even can say that oralcommunication ability is an important factor affecting middleschool student’s physical development.However, because of many reasons, middle school left-behindchildren have a development difference with non left-behindchildren in oral communication ability. Given this, this paper, taking middle school left-behind children, middle school non left-behind children and middle school Chinese teachers as objects, analyzes through class observation and questionnaire and makes the conclusion that the reasons causingdifference between middle school left-behind children and middle school non left-behind children in oral communication ability have three: children themselves, school teachers andfamily environment. This paper proposes seven effective strategies regarding the three elements, hoping to make a contribution to middle school left-behind children’s developmentin oral communication ability.
