The new curriculum reform is a vigorous course system reform movement in the foundation education field. Physics as a part of the curriculum system, plays an important role to reach the overall goal achievement. Long-term research and practice show that the experience relevant to physics from life of junior high school students can promote physics teaching. In addition, China’s student achievement evaluation bases on exams mainly, and High School Entrance Examination questions of physics are increasingly close to the students’ daily life. Visibility, it is necessary to pay attention to students’ life experience for physics teaching. However, there are surveys show that the richness of the life experience of the current junior high school students is not optimistic.In this paper, it will analysis the necessity about physics teaching should base on life experiences of junior high students, according to the characteristics of junior high school students’ thinking and physics. View of this necessity and the actual situation of junior high school students lack of life experience, it will elaborate, by preparation for class, classroom teaching and Practice after class, combined with specific educational content presented actual cases in this paper. This thesis expounded the methods of experiential activities in detail from three aspects, preparation before class, classroom teaching and practice after class, and put forward practical cases, combined with the specific teaching content. It can provide a reference for junior middle school physics teachers. Preparation before class do not preview for knowledge, instead of going experiential activities, to be prepared for the knowledge of learning preview. Experiential activities in classroom teaching are divided into creating physical life situation and making physics experiment close to life, both methods can make the physical classroom close to the actual life and learning knowledge in the activities. Experience activities after class is the educational game, it can prolong the attention of the students in the learning content, and the vivid scenes can make students applying knowledge much easier. The innovation of this article is that it proposed to extend life experience activities to extra-curricular, and put forward the effective methods of concrete implementation.
