Abstract With the urban development, migrant workers gradually increased. In order for their children to better education, many migrant workers have their children transfered to their wording places from home, hoping that the children can receire better educatioral resources, such as excellent teachers. Advanced teaching equipment. But because children’s poor learning foundation,the children will have a lot of discomfort to the new environment. Because of their different learning habits, living habits which leads to poor language learning ability, especially poor Chinese reading comprehension ability, the students can not correctly understand the meaning of the article, and they can’t analyze the contents of the article which effects, especially high grade primary school children, reading comprehension ability is poor, which effects the effective learning other subjects. Teachers in the face of such circumstances, often use deep interpretation of text and text analysis.It’s helpful for the students’ reading comprehension ability, but the methods are not flexible. They don’t make full use of all kinds of life learning resources, and do not sum up effective teaching strategies on students’ reading. So it has no effect on improving students’ reading comprehension. This paper thinks the teaching strategy can not be single, it should be best on the a deep text interpretation. We should boldly use a variety of teaching strategies, in order to achieve a manifold effectIn this paper, through various investigation and analysis, we find out the current problems in the teaching of Chinese reading. we use the blended learning theory, explore the textbook, make a full use of media network, and refer to a handful of reserches and teaching experiences in order to improve the teaching strategy.This paper tries explore the high period of primary school Chinese reading teaching strategy from the following several aspects.The first part mainly elaborates on the necessity of Stydy on effective teaching strategies of Chinese Reading for rural migrant children in elementary school high grades, and describes in detail the relevant concepts and theories. The second part finds and analyses the current problems in the teaching of Chinese reading practical. The third focuses on of the researching contents of this paper. In this part Ⅰ put forward some effective teaching strategies, mainly including strategies before class and after class, and the adoption of these strategies. The fourth part is the experimental study of effective teaching strategies.Through a large number of data.It shows that the effective reading teaching strategies can improve the students’ reading ability in Chinese teaching, which is effective to improve students’ language performance, and I reflect on the use of effective reading teaching strategy. The fifth part is the summary.The results of this study are analyzed and summarized. The enthusiasm of students are brought into a full play, and the use of cyber source learning rerders prominent change. But the language learning is not overnight things, systematic learring before and after class needs to be improved further. The sixth part is the bibliography and appendix. Reference is the theoretical basis of this study, and a scientific one of our conclusion, while appendix is an investigating questionnaire. It will be helpful understand the questions in this survey.
