Teacher is a technician who takes education and teaching as a career. It plays a significant role during the total process of the human development, and also promotes the education development and pur social transformation and the well-off society development.Taking the investigation method as the main method, this paper is based on the actual evidence and conducts the research on the training situation of the middle-school teacher qualification from the following four aspects: the training contents of the middle-school teacher qualification, the training effect of the middle-school teacher qualification, the training problems and the measures of the middle-school teacher qualification based on the analysis of the existed teacher qualification theories. And this paper selects about 120 students and teachers from the Changsha Education Department as the objects of the questionare research, and also other 20 students and 5 teachers as the interview objects for the supplementary interview. The paper also analyizes the problems existed in the teacher qualification training from the following four aspects: training knowledge, training contents, training skill and the training evaluation and puts forward some advices and suggestions on reforming the teacher qualification training combined with the actual situation of the middle-school education of Changsha City according to the analysis results.
