Project Management has developing for decades as a frontier of management subject. As it has formed a complete system of modern subject management knowledge with the incessant professional theory promotion and development of project management, the mature theoretical basis and method system has become an effective management tool and kept playing an important role for any area in social production and people’s life. The following passages combined the theory and method of subject management and the praxis of National Vocational School Information-Based Teaching Competition to make the organization and management more scientific and efficient. This important top national competition is organized by Ministry of Education, build a scientific management model is the key to make sure the competition goes well.This article put all the features of the competition together, purposeful, particular, disposable and procedural. To analyze the actuality of the competition and management by researching literatures, studying demonstration and investigating. With the analysis of the existing problems during the competition organization, we realized the necessity of project organizational management mode.To make complex task easier, let all the members of management team able to distribute the task level by level and participate currently, we designed a competition project organization structure based on work breakdown structure and guide by the theory of project organization management, including duty and manpower distribution. The project team setup and control method was formulated for a better management result as well.Up to now, project management has got an important position and leveling up with a huge development potential. The trend to application in education field is continuing and distensible. Put the theory into the competition could realize resource efficient utilization, low risk, reducing uncertainty, high project quality and efficiency and achieve the goal in the end.
