The times are advancing and the technology is updating,and our education,especially vocational education,is also following the pace of the times,constantly improving,reforming and innovating.As a product of the new era,information-based teaching has been constantly integrated into our daily education and teaching,which puts forward higher education and teaching requirements for our vocational school teachers,among which the information-based teaching ability has become It is one of the necessary abilities of vocational school teachers in the information age.However,the birth of information-based teaching competition provides teachers with the most powerful platform to show their own information-based teaching level.Through the information-based teaching competition,how to improve the ability of teachers in vocational schools has also become an important topic for teachers in our vocational schools to constantly study and explore.With the concept of information-based teaching put forward,it is particularly important for vocational school teachers to use information technology for teaching.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to explore how the information-based teaching competition can improve the ability of vocational school teachers,as well as the results of practical application.Further improve the vocational school teachers' knowledge and understanding of information-based teaching,so as to encourage more vocational school teachers to actively participate in the information-based teaching competition.Through the participation,summarize the importance and significance of the information-based teaching competition in improving vocational school teachers' ability.The research of this paper based on constructivism learning theory,behaviorism learning theory and Humanism learning theory,drawing on a large number of domestic and foreign theoretical and practical achievements in information-based teaching,using literature,questionnaire survey,comparative research,case study,interview and other research methods,this paper makes a comparative study on the improvement of teachers' ability in information-based teaching competition,and achieves better research results.This paper first analyzes the current situation of the teachers' information-based teaching ability in vocational schools.Through the questionnaire survey of the old,middle and young teachers,we can understand the basic ability of information-based teaching,the ability of information-based teaching design and the ability of information-based teaching implementation of all kinds of teachers.Then we analyze the characteristics of information-based teaching and information-based teaching competition,and design Finally,according to the situation of school teachers participating in the information-based teaching competition,the teachers who did not participate in the competition were selected as the contrast teachers,and the teachers who participated in the competition were selected as the experimental teachers.Through the two-way questionnaire between teachers and students,as well as the school observation,interview and the letter of teachers' participation in the past two years The results of the information-based teaching competition are analyzed and compared.Finally,it comes to the conclusion that the information-based teaching competition not only promotes the information-based teaching ability of vocational school teachers,but also promotes the all-round teaching ability of vocational school teachers.The role of information-based teaching competition in improving the ability of vocational school teachers is obvious.
