With the eighth curriculum reform to deepen and advance, the academic study focus of teacher professional development gradually shifted from the individual teachers to teachers groups. In the face of the new situation and new requirements, as a teacher most directly involved in school-based teaching and research organization-the same-grade-subject teacher group activities are also facing huge changes and challenges. Taking into account this background, this research survey the status of primary and secondary same-grade-subject teacher group activities through the perspective of organizational learning theory, with interviews, text analysis and other methods to discover the problem, and drawing on organizational learning theory to make specific improvement strategies. The author hopes to provide some suggestion to the implementation of lesson planning group activities.This paper is made up of one introduction and four chapters.The first part is introduction, which presents the reason, the literature review, research significance and research ideas.Chapter One is a introduction of the organizational learning perspective. Firstly, introduce the theoretical perspective of this study-organizational learning theory, we can know the meaning of organizational learning, values and main ideas and provide theoretical support for the next practice and action research study.Chapter Two is a survey of same-grade-subject teacher group issues based on Organizational learning perspective. Study the status of same-grade-subject teacher group activities, through interviews, text analysis and other methods to collect and analyze data, and found the main problems to same-grade-subject teacher group activities.Chapter Three are some improvement strategy to same-grade-subject teacher group in the organizational learning perspective. According to the survey found problems, the author draw on organizational learning theory to point improvement strategy and take action research in the Y primary school as a case.Chapter Four is effect of action research. Summarizes the effects of action research, reflects the limitations of this research, as well as the issue in future studies. The author hopes to inspire other schools to implement the same-grade-subject teacher group activities better.
