As we all know,preschool education plays a very important role in lifelong education,kindergarten teacher is supporter、cooperator and leader of the children’s learning activity. So,it goes without saying that kindergarten teacher is very important for one’s development,but kindergarten teacher’s professional quality is a shortcoming of our country’s education development.So understanding current situation of kindergarten teacher’s professional quality,we should study how to improve kindergarten teacher’s professional quality immediately.Author of this paper have done some research in kindergarten teacher’s professional quality current situation of Changsha by using document research method、questionnaire method、interviewing method based on kindergarten teacher’s professional quality theoretical study.The investigation inspect kindergarten teacher’s professional quality current situation of Changsha from three dimensions :teachers’ idea and morality, professional knowledge and professional ability,finding out relationship between kindergarten teachers’ basic situation and professional quality situation, and put forward the corresponding suggestionThe results of this investigation are as follows: the sex ratio of Changsha City preschool teachers is seriously imbalance, most of the team members are young teachers, a multi-level teaching team from life, poor stability, suitable for professional structure, education level needs to be improved, team to not professional title evaluation of teachers, preschool teachers’ income is low, a multi-level office park type in the main, private kindergarten teachers, kindergarten teachers’ professional quality of the city than the rural kindergarten teachers’ professional quality, professional quality is not assessed mean Garden Kindergarten Teachers below the province, city, district model kindergarten, preschool teachers’ professional quality private garden average less than male, college, collective and other departments to do the garden. According to the results of the survey and analysis of existing problems, this paper proposes: to promote social of preschool teacher’s approval, improve the government management, enhance the professional development of preschool teachers, preschool teachers to improve the mastery of professional knowledge level, pay attention to the rural preschool teachers’ professional quality enhancement, narrow the gap between urban and rural preschool teachers’ professional quality, pay attention to(to) did not evaluate garden preschool teachers’ professional quality enhancement, promote private kindergarten preschool teachers’ professional quality development, narrow the gap of each of the main office park preschool teachers’ professional quality, provide a reference work in order to kindergarten and related departments to promote the teacher’s professional development.
