The formation and development of ideology and morality affects minors’moral accomplishment inality, and philosophical principles of ideology and politics education into consideratio great degree in whole life, especially the junior middle school students. During junior middle school stage, they take part in social public life and have a rapid development of bodies and minds, it is the critical formation period of their values, as well as ideology and morality. So, correct guidance and effective help from schools and family, as well as the society are urgently needed.Recently, rural areas are fundamentally changed due to the new rural construction and development. However, it is difficult to realize the education synchronous development in rural areas, and related development goals of junior middle school students’ideology and morality education are not realized.In this text, taken curriculum standard of ideology and morn, moral construction situation of rural junior middle school students is analyzed to find some problems of ideology and morality teaching methods in rural areas, in order to provide references to realize reformation and research on ideology and morality teaching methods in rural areas.In the first part of this text, based on philosophical principles of ideology and politics education, the theoretical basis of ideology and morality course in junior middle school is stated, as well as the particularity of middle school students and importance of ideology and morality course development, junior middle school curriculum standard of ideology and morality. Finally, necessity and importance of enhancing the reformation and research on ideology and morality teaching methods in rural areas is stated.In the second part of this text, research and analysis have done on the influence of ideology and morality course and construction. It shows that, the subject of ideology and morality construction is alright, but some problems exit like those: students’low consciousness to be talented; lack of correct understanding on ideals and future; be weak in dealing with human relationships interpersonally; inadequate capacity in understanding and handling problems; weak credit consciousness, and lack in consciousness to take part in social public service activities.In the new situation, ideology and morality course education have new changes in junior middle school, mainly include humanization of teaching contents and diversification of teaching methods. However, there are still some problems as follows:new teaching methods are formalized and single, with insufficient innovation; too less practical courses and theory is not integrated with practice; relatively closed school environment and indifference from teachers, families and the society; less communication between teachers and students during courses teaching,In the third part of this text, teaching methods reformation and research on ideology and morality course in rural areas are stated, mainly about the reformation manner and how to push forward reformation effectively. Reformation and research aim at school teaching both in and out of the classroom. To fuse the regional features of rural area into teaching, can develop and respect students’subjectivity adequately, achieve the real double subjectivity of teaching. Set up practical courses in order to apply the knowledge, to mobilize students’enthusiasm adequately to take part in the hometown construction during teaching practices, lead students to know themselves correctly and form correct three contemplations. Effective manners to push forward reformation need integration of families, schools and the society, to construct trinity educational mechanism. The most important thing is to change our thoughts and get fully recognization of the ideology and morality education in junior middle school, no matter how to reform and how to push forward.In the forth part of this text, how the reformation and research measures enrich ideology and morality teaching in rural areas is stated. Firstly, what effects can reformation cause to ideology and morality course in rural areas; secondly, what positive significance can reformation cause to ideology and morality culture construction of junior middle school students; above all, what positive influence reformation and research caused to the rural areas development.
