The Boai School is a non-state, non-profit, registered charity organization situated in Suzhou Industrial Park. They function entirely from sponsorship and provide medical care, education, accommodation and rehabilitative treatment for children with physical, mental and special educational needs. But no one had made the induction and summary from the research perspectives of Boai School. In this quantitative and qualitative study, we tried to figure out the factors which promote the development of Boai School, and build the model of social support system and to evaluate their teachers’ and parents’ satisfaction level, which not only broaden the ideas of special education, also provide some empirical support for special educational workers.All stuff of Boai School, part of the parents, relevant government workers and some caring members of the community participated in this study, using depth interviews to collect materials, and collect satisfaction data to the staff and parents with scale analysis. We used SPSS16.0 to analyze the data materials, analyzing the interview materials through grouded theory and coding by QSR Nviv0 10.0 anylysis software.The thesis arrives at following conclusion: 1.The staff provides the main support for the Boai School, parents provide basic support, government provides macro support, and social support from the caring members of the community, all these together constitute Boai School’s social support system. 2. Special children parents’ satisfaction scale has good reliability and validity, which can be used as a special children’s parents satisfaction survey questionnaire used commonly. 3.Job satisfaction, general self-efficacy and general well-being of the stuff is in good condition, and there are significant differences in the age, education level, work experience and other factors. 4.The parents of children with special needs have high school satisfaction, and there are significant differences in participating in school activities, connecting the teachers and so on. 5. There are differences in parents of children with special needs in various aspects of school satisfaction. Parent satisfaction with school daily management and environmental facilities are the highest, the level of satisfaction on teachers and curriculum setting is moderate, and the satisfaction of overall improvement of child is the lowest.
