With the rapid development of communication technology, computer network and multimedia technology, the resource of network rich and available greatly promote learners’ learning. The learning nature of postgraduate asked them to actively carry out the diversity of cyber source, Web-based Autonomous learning has become an important way of them. Learning strategy is one of the key factors for the quality of learning, and the level of learning strategy shows learners’ adaptability to web learning environment. Resource management strategies as an important branch of learning strategies, the complexity of web learning environment highlights its importance.At present, the domestic and foreign research on resource management strategy mainly concentrated in the traditional learning, research, the lack of comprehensive system of research learning in the network, for this particular group of graduate students is more a lack of To improve the effect of Web-based Autonomous Learning of graduate students, graduate students in-depth understanding of network autonomous learning resources management strategy is very necessary. The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of autonomous learning in the network resource management strategies of graduate students, the exploration of autonomous learning problems and affecting factors in the network resource management strategies of graduate students, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the resource management ability. The framework of this study as follows:The first part:the problem put forward. Based on literature review and collation, summary and analysis of the current research situation of domestic and foreign resources, management strategy, according to the existing research, this study aims to solve the problem, and then refines the problem for the specific contents, finally the significance of this study illustrates from two aspects of theory and practice.The second part:the definition of related concepts and theoretical basis. Define the concepts of resource management, autonomous learning and network autonomous learning, and explain theoretical basis of the study and the implications for this study were interpreted.The third part:the research mentality and the research design. On the basis of the research of quantity and quality are the two main lines of research, explains the research design from two aspects of research methods and means.The fourth part:establishment and revision of questionnaire. The ability to learn the environmental management of graduate students has significant difference in grade.
