| According to"National medium and long-term educational reform and development plan (2010-2020 years)" proposed:reform and innovation are regarded as a powerful driving force to reform and innovation as a strong driving force for the development of education. The current higher vocational education is in the course of a transition from "taking education as the center" to "center" changed to learn, learning mode from teacher "double master" (that is, the teacher as the leadership, the students as the main body of the mainstream direction) for professional teaching. "The practice research marketing planning practice" flipped classroom, can expand the reform and innovation of higher occupation education classroom teaching ideas, promote the combination of Higher Vocational Education in the classroom teaching and education, cognitive psychology and education theory, and enhance students’occupation accomplishment.This paper uses the literature analysis, empirical research method, investigation method of the theoretical and empirical research on the "implementation of marketing planning practice" flipped classroom teaching, aims to explore the classroom teaching to promote the turnover of students’autonomous learning ability, learning efficiency and comprehensive occupation ability and quality have no positive significance.Reviewing former research results and discussion on foundation design of flipped classroom teaching strategies, Polytechnic marketing professional students were chosen as the research sample, which were "flipped classroom teaching practice of two up two down". Before having the first class preparation stage before the class, the teacher was responsible for formulating the teaching goal and the task list, making micro video and other learning materials, preparing test questions and submitting them to Bb platform, which is aimed to stimulate students before class for the internalization of knowledge and knowledge construction process. During the first class (class learning stage), teachers focus on common problems and cases to guide students to form a deeper grasp of the important theoretical knowledge, and follow up the progress of learning class, arrangement of project training teaching task. Before the Second class (social practice stage), under teacher’s guidance, students conducted inter group discussion and mutual assistance on completion of a department store on the National Day for promotions planning activities. During the second class (classroom learning and the consolidation stage), students displayed their planning programs, showed their inter group research summary, while the teacher was responsible for comments, implementation of assessment.Given by the findings collected from "project oriented curriculum implementation evaluation questionnaire for flipped classroom" focusing on six aspects such as teaching mode of preparation before class, comprehensive occupation ability quality cultivation, the communication between teachers and students, learning efficiency, construction of hardware and software facilities, the researcher found that first "flipped classroom" teaching mode can promote the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability; second, the turnover of classroom teaching has obviously improved the comprehensive occupation ability of students literacy, teamwork ability, communication skills, analysis and problem-solving ability; third, the turnover of classroom teaching mode can promote students’ learning efficiency improvement; last, the turnover of classroom teaching methods improved the teacher-student, student-student exchanges and communication.Marketing plan research on classroom teaching practice has shown that the flipped classroom teaching practice embraces significant value, but problems such as teachers’high pressure, students’heavy burden and higher requirements on the construction of broadband network in campus still maintain. Therefore, it still needs further discussion and research on the feasibility to suit widely apply this new teaching conception to suit all students. |
