With the rapid development of the economic and the scale of higher vocational education,the higher vocational education also faces two important tasks:the cultivation of innovative talents and the improvement of teaching mode. In order to promote the healthy development of higher vocational education, colleges and universities are in the education and teaching reform in full swing, and the reform of teaching mode bear the brunt and become the research focus. The traditional project teaching is the most consistent to the training objectives of applied talents of higher vocational colleges, but there are also many problems.The flipped classroom can be a good solution to the problems of traditional project teaching. At the same time, along with the continuous development of education Informationization, the flipped classroom arises at the historic moment. It as a major technological changes affect the teaching of the 21 st century, breaking the limitations of traditional teaching, has been pouring the health and vitality into the reform of education and teaching. So the flipped classroom teaching to the higher vocational education has important reference value.This study analyzes the theory of the project teaching and the flipped classroom by the literature research, Discovery project teaching method compared with the traditional teaching mode the project teaching with much more teaching content, classroom teaching time is insufficient and not fully carried out teaching practice. In order to compensate for these problems, the study to put the flipped classroom into the project teaching to guide the traditional project teaching, And constructed the teaching project based on the flipped classroom this new teaching model. This study combined the web design and production of the higher vocational course, teaching the applications of new models empirical research, Order to reflects the feasibility of the teaching project based on the flipped classroom Applied vocational courses, Explore the basic processes of project teaching based flipped classroom teaching and the application of higher vocational courses in the teaching process of precautions. While the use of questionnaires and interviews demonstrated teaching effectiveness.Through research shows that the project teaching based flipped classroom can effectively improve students’ ability of independent research and collaborative learning ability, and it may well stimulate learners’ enthusiasm and creativity, improve the comprehensive ability of learners, ultimately aim to improve the teaching effect.
