The communication between different ethnic cultures have become increasingly in the trend of modernization and globalization. School education not only has to bear the responsibility of teaching minority students universal basic knowledge of science and culture, but also takes the mission of promoting the national culture development. In the multi-ethnic region, schools are an important place for the colliding, communicating, integrating and developing among the different ethnic cultures. The school education of ethnic area plays an important role for promoting the development of difference ethnic culture. It adapts the basic requirement of the current society development which regards the school field as the research perspective, discussing the integration for multi-ethnic culture.Culture integration is a process for more than one nationality’s culture interaction and integration. Culture integration is a dynamic process, in this process existing the favorable factors and unfavorable factors for multi-ethnic culture development. It is this paper’s aim that eliminating those unfavorable factors for ethnic culture symbiosis in school field. Choosing one of the multi-ethnic region of Guangxi which named Longsheng multinational autonomous county as research object. On the basis of theoretical study of Multicultural education, Multiple integrated education and communicative action, using the methods of literature analysis, on-the-spot investigation, interview, questionnaire survey and observation, try to analysis the present situation of X school’s multi-ethnic cultural integration, and clarify the existing problems in order to build the strategies for ethnic cultural integration.The dissertation consists of five parts:Part one:Introduction. In this section mainly describes the background and necessity of multi-ethnic cultural integration. By analyzing the status of multi-ethnic cultural integration and school education, snooping the inadequate of the current study achievement and clarify the significance of this study. Meanwhile in this section try to define the relevant concepts school field, ethnic culture, cultural integration, and briefly introduce the main ideas and methods of this study.Part two:The theory elaboration of multi-ethnic cultural integration in the school field. Theory guide practice, and also is the precursor of action. Without theoretical guidance, often leads to blindness and inefficient operations. Based on this, in this part focuses on the theory elaboration of this study. This paper on the basis of theoretical study of Multicultural education, Multiple integrated education and communicative action. By the theory’elaborate, providing a good theoretical foundation for this paper.Part three:the survey of multi-ethnic culture integration in school field. Through the analysis of questionnaire, interview and text materials and on the base of summarize the achievement of multi-ethnic culture in X school, doing the further dialysis the problem of multi-ethnic cultural integration in X school. In X school, the unfavorable factors for multi-ethnic cultural integration are weak awareness of national culture of the students, the existing of "national culture useless" idea, "culture homogenization", the weak multi-awareness of teachers and so on.Part four:the strategy of multi-ethnic cultural integration in school field. On the basis of the first two parts, fractal dimension proposed the strategies for promoting multi-ethnic cultural integration. From school aspect, we should establish the concept of ethnic equality, increase the national culture component in curriculum, strengthen the human care of students and from teacher aspect, we should pay more attention on the teacher’s multi-cultural literacy and from student aspect, we should enhance the ethnic cultural self-confidence and from the society aspect, we should strengthen the cultural environment of the society.Part five:conclusion. Making the overall summary and proposing the shortcomings in the study.
