Nowdays, the society is open and connected. The population of the children of migrant workers becomes increasingly larger. According to the statistics, till the end of 2013, the floating population in Dongguan is about 4 million, and among them, there are several hundred thousand children who should accept the 9-year compulsory education. Most of these children belong to the families of the peasant workers. The heavey workload and little free time reasult in the lack deviation of family education for those children. The problem of the education for this group of children, especially their lack of emotional care, draws great attention from the society. The serious reality demands we devote more efforts to better the education for those migrant children and pay attention to their emotional requirement.Emotional development is an important aspect in the development of one’s personality. In the practice of education, we found that the problem of migrant students’ emotional education is outstanding. Compared with the local children, the general mental health level of the migrant children is relatively low. The latter are affected by discrimination, deprivation and the crisis of identification. They are inclined to be unblanced, lonely (depressive), humble (self-reproving) in emotion. They present relatively poor performance in social adaption, behaving sensitively and nervously. And the same is true with their study. The lack of family emotional education for this group of children, the inferior social background as well as teachers’ pedagogy may deeply affect the healthy development of their emotional development.In today’s school education, Lack of emotional education and good emotional experience are greatly affect the improvement of students’ learning efficiency and the formation of perfect personality, and if the teachers can take use of the advantage be richly endowed of the Chinese teachers to care students feelings in the teaching, these children will be are very healthy in the knowledge and the emotional aspects. Through extensive investigation of more private school in Dongguan. these private school enrollment is the main object of the children of migrant workers. This paper chooses the children of migrant workers in Qidong school as the research object, using literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, case analysis and other methods, analyzed the emotion flaw about the present children of migrant workers in Dongguan during the education in private schoo from three aspects including social factors, family factors, school education. Based on analysising emotional feature in this part of the student groups, the problem and the reason are revealed, researching in Chinese teaching strategy for affective education of this group.Not only in the of classroom teaching, and planning the corresponding theme activities outside of the classroom, emotional education, the present stage especially the family emotional education and emotional education in teaching should be combined. In this study, teachers must pay close attention to the performance of various behaviors of the students lacking emotion, to analyze the restriction and effect problem of migrant children emotional education; finding reasonable theoretical strategies to guide the Chinese teaching method, at last, to solve the problems.According to the logical thinking of the above, the full text is divided into five parts to carry on the discussion:The first part is the introduction, introducings study object, purpose and significance of the study, the research on the current situation and relevant research method.The second part is the analysis of the definition of related concepts and theoretical.The third part reveals the situation of children in the absence of emotional education of migrant workers, put forward the realistic necessity of affective education. Through the questionnaire, and the mental health test and find the existing problems, and analyze and summarize the causes, mainly concentrated in the social environment, family factors and school educationThe fourth part puts forward in private schools in Chinese teaching, the problems of the emotional education of migrant workers’ children are soved, through a series of specific strategies to solve become positive.The fifth part carries on the summary to the full text, and puts forward the suggestions and expectations of the local education policy.
