Throughcomparison and analysis, it is not difficult to find the state-owned privateschool for the children of migrant workers is to achieve the"two primarily"policy is effective way. According to two of the school different problems,this paper argues that should adopt different measures to improve theschool situation. run by the state-owned school for children of migrantworkers in increasing financial investment at the same time, should beclear about school status, enlarging the scale, improve the level;Non-state-owned school for children of migrant workers should increasefunding funds, improve the software and hardware conditions,strengthening school management and standardize the school behavior.Only through the efforts from all sides, can let migrant children in schoolfor children of migrant workers get qualified obligation education.
