Private kindergarten is part of preschool education. Private kindergarten also get further development. In our country, the number of private kindergartens is increasing year by year, inadequate number of public kindergarten has been eased in private kindergarten. However, the development of the private kindergartens also exist many problems, one of the most prominent problem is private kindergarten teachers’ high turnover that led to the private kindergarten teachers unstable, ultimately, it affect the further improvement of the private kindergarten and the quality of education. Therefore, we focused on private kindergarten teachers turnover is of great significance.Private kindergarten teachers as an important part of private preschool education resources, with main body position for the implementation of private preschool education and also a key to guarantee the quality of the private preschool education. Reasonable private kindergarten teachers turnover help to optimize the structure of private kindergarten teachers, it provides teachers fresh "blood" for private preschool. However, unreasonable private kindergarten teacher turnover will affect the stability of the private preschool teachers and restrict the improvement of private preschool education quality. At present, the private kindergarten teachers turnover is not reasonable with the teachers troop instability and teacher turnover frequently problem. This phenomenon become a bottleneck of private preschool education quality improvement.This research base on the theory of social mobility and is qualitative-research oriented, take A private kindergarten teacher turnover for example to analysis the status of the investigation. The researchers adopt the form of interview and questionnaire to process in-depth survey for the principal and teachers. The research has revealed the basic situation and characteristics of A private kindergarten teachers turnover. Under the perspective of social mobility theory, we will analyze the positive or negative impact of private kindergarten teachers’ turnover and analysis the influencing factors of A private kindergarten teacher turnover. Based on this, we advance the corresponding suggestions.The basic structure of this thesis is as follows:The first part presents is the subject. It mainly summarized and concluded the characteristics, the mechanism analysis and influencing factors of private kindergarten teacher turnover.
