| Nowadays, though history teaching has been improved greatly with the pushing of the new curriculum, some problems left over should not be underestimated. For example, teachers still get so caught up in instilling teaching, and ignore the dominate position of students, so it is easy to lead to the lack of interaction between teachers and students. Memory and score are stressed too far by teachers, while capacity-building is ignored.Teaching philosophy and teaching methods, is an important way to improve the classroom efficiency. High school students are still in the stage of having fun, and using the game teaching method can raise their interest in learning history.Therefore, the article describes the process and results of the research which is the application of game teaching method in junior high school through four parts.The first part is an introduction, this part explains the necessity of the application of game teaching method in junior high school, and shows the research significance by analyzing and summarizing the research status.The second part defines the concept of game teaching method, explores its theoretical basis. This part also describes the application status of game teaching method in history teaching, and then lays the foundation for the third part.The third part discussed the application of game teaching method on history teaching with the three types of games of thinking game mainly in the type of verbal expression, operating game primarily in type of objects making and performing games in type of motion performance, which is the focus of this paper.The fourth part introduced the teaching orientation of game teaching method, which is to grasp the appropriate teaching time, to choose the proper teaching contents, to take the special rewards and punishment measures and to conduct further application and perfection of game teaching method on the basis of mastering teachers’ and students’ characteristics. |
