In recent years the international mathematical ability test attracted attention from inland all circles, and Domestic students rating grades have been very good.In 2012 Shanghai won the championship in PISA test,At the same time, respectively, achieved the highest achievement in three areas of mathematics, reading and Science,It is verified the results of education in our country.But China’s junior high school students in learning time is the longest,Some problems existing in our country’s education,Therefore the author thinks that how to measure the mathematical literacy of junior middle school students is an urgent problem now.At the same time, a study on student learning attitude and interest is also required.I will draw on the design concept of internationally renowned PISA and TIMSS,Based on the "2011" mathematics curriculum standards of compulsory education and now the junior high school students learning attitude and interest in study of junior high school students’ mathematical literacy measurement.After reading others on the basis of definition to the concept of mathematical literacy combined with their understanding of the PISA and the "compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard" in 2011 after the mathematical literacy of junior high school students were defined.The author believes that:Mathematical literacy of junior high school students in our country is on the student’s ability top resent and future life has a great influence on the synthesis of Mathematics.This is the ability to construct mathematical activities in the compulsory education stage of the students psychological quality, has a certain stability.Specifically is the students master the knowledge and skill of “obligation education curriculum standard”,At the time of solve mathematical and reality life problem have operational capability、geometric sense、mathematical model thinking、the concept of data analysis and inferential capability;Knowing the value of mathematical,having curiosity and thirst for knowledge to mathematical,taking an active part in mathematics activities Then the author compared the students’ mathematical literacy test framework and the senior high school entrance examination of junior high school math test framework in foreign countries,Thus the definition of mathematical literacy assessment framework of junior middle school students.Uphold the application in specific situations of open questions in the philosophy of PISA,The author adapted parts of China’s senior high school entrance examination, test and measurement equipment of Taiwan mathematics accomplishment,And the "standard" in reference to the contents of each part of the requirements,The junior middle school students’ mathematical literacy tests andvalidated on the.After the test and the questionnaire survey in the high tech Zone of Suzhou City, one of the middle school.According to the results of tests and questionnaire survey,get the following conclusion :(1)in the field of knowledge, students’ knowledge of graphics and geometric relatively weak, the corresponding geometrical Intuition is not very good(the first76%); Ideas and abilities, the students’ reasoning ability is weak;From the point of view of knowledge cognition, the student to utilize the degree of master is not good.(2)Student’s grade point average of 75.6 points test(out of a possible 100 points),More than 80 points of students accounted for 33.9%, More than 60 points of students accounted for 91.9%, thus the students’ mastery of knowledge and skills is OK.(3)Student questionnaire grade point average of 67.6 points(out of a possible 100points), More than 80 points of students accounted for 20.8%, thus the students’ mathematics study interest is not big.(4)Look from the toilet and questionnaire scores of junior high school students mathematical literacy is not very good.
