The International Student Assessment Project(PISA)carried out by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development(OECD)has been recognized by many countries and regions around the world,PISA has become the most influential student evaluation project in the world.From 2000 to now,the PISA has issued seven editions of the mathematical literacy evaluation framework,once every three years,whenever the mathematical literacy as the main test field,its evaluation framework will be greatly changed.Therefore,studying,combing and analyzing the evolution of mathematics evaluation framework for PISA2000-2021 years is beneficial to the research of mathematics literacy in China,and can provide reference and reference for deepening the reform of mathematics curriculum in compulsory education and implementing classroom teaching in China.This paper focuses on the mathematical framework of PISA2000?2003?2012 and 2021,supplemented PIZA2006?2009?2015?2018 the mathematical framework for analysis.Explain the background of PISA mathematics literacy evaluation framework and summarize the factors behind the evolution.At the trend of world education,social change is the essential reason for the evolution of PISA framework.The change of the characteristics of the times permeates all aspects of citizen's life,and promotes the learners' demand for mathematics literacy at a higher level from the outside,thus promoting the evolution of the connotation of mathematics literacy.PISA the purpose of mathematics literacy evaluation is to evaluate the mathematics literacy students have,mathematical literacy has changed,which will inevitably lead to the evolution of the evaluation framework.PISA the evolution of mathematical literacy evaluation framework,it will also promote the improvement of mathematical literacy.Based on the three dimensions PISA2000—2021 the connotation,scope and structure of the evaluation framework of mathematical literacy,this paper combs.Found that PISA definition of mathematical literacy more comprehensive,with the times,mathematics and the real world closely linked,highlighting the characteristics of mathematical tools.The scope of numerical evaluation is gradually expanded and the subject of evaluation is constantly enriched.Mathematical ability from the previous eight basic mathematical abilities to the selected eight "21st century skills ",for students in the future real life to use mathematical knowledge for reasoning and argumentation to provide a guarantee.The structure of the evaluation framework is constantly optimized,showing the trend of integration with information technology.Although the PISA mathematics evaluation framework has been evolving,it has the following characteristics in general: the mathematical content,mathematical situation and mathematical process contained in mathematical literacy all retain its most essential connotation;attach importance to the basic position of mathematics subject content;insist on combining mathematical situation with real world,and emphasize the idea of mathematical modeling in the process of problem solving.By combing the evaluation framework of mathematics literacy in PISA2000-2021 years,it has enlightening significance for the new mathematics curriculum reform in our country: the curriculum reform in our country should aim at cultivating citizens in the 21 st century,adjust the curriculum content in combination with the actual situation,realize the "mathematics" classroom,cultivate the ability to solve problems,and integrate the "mathematics process" into the teaching.Only by learning the strengths of PISA test,combining with the actual situation in China,and avoiding the weaknesses of PISA test,can we continuously improve the quality monitoring of basic education in China and provide more objective and accurate data and Suggestions for the improvement of curriculum and the making of educational decisions.
