Purpose of research: High school students are in the most important stage of the life development,and in meanwhile they are facing a serious crisis situation while forming a coherent self.High school students are burdened with high academic burden and facing much pressure from the college entrance examination.The individuals should continuously integrate themselves,and coordinate themselves with the environment.On one hand,their self-concordant status reflects their mental health.In the various education methods to help high school students get through this important period,Thanksgiving education plays an important role.It is traditional virtue of being grateful in Chinese culture,and it is also important to form a positive gratitude quality.This study investigates the situation of students' gratitude and self-consistency and congruence and makes intervention study.And expects through that can improve the level of Thanksgiving education under the goal of self-harmony goal,enrich Thanksgiving education and self-consistency and congruence theory and the practice research.The first is to study the current situation of gratitude and self consistency and congruence among senior middle school students.Second,to enhance the gratitude level of senior middle school students through gratitude group counseling,further improve their self consistency and congruence level,and promote the harmonious development of mental health of senior high school students.Third,to investigate the effect of the guidance and intervention of the gratitude group and to explore a new mode of gratitude education in order to guide the practice of education.Research method: This study is mainly composed of two parts.In the first part,a senior middle school student in Tongren,Guizhou province was selected as the subjects.The overall score stratified sampling method was used,and the "adolescent gratitude scale" and "self-consistency and congruence scale" were used for the measurement.The use of SPSS21.0 for descriptive analysis,data of gratitude and self-consistency and congruence level of high school student difference test high school students gratitude and self-consistency and congruence to understand the current situation,using correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore the relationship between gratitude and self-consistency and congruence,and show gratitude can predict the self-consistency and congruence,Thanksgiving is an important factor to influence self-consistency and congruence.Secondly,on the basis of study one,the class Thanksgiving group counseling intervention was made up of quantitative and qualitative research.Quantitative research: extract the eight classes of grade two,analyze the level of gratitude and self-consistency and congruence,select two classes,there is no significant difference in the level of gratitude and self-consistency and congruence,one class as intervention class,one class as a control class,carry out pretest and test homogeneity.One week after the end of the Thanksgiving group intervention,the intervention class and the control class were tested with the youth gratitude scale and the self-consistency and congruence scale.Gratitude group counseling period,using "Thanksgiving counseling midterm evaluation form" assessment,gratitude group counseling one week after the end of the "comprehensive effect of gratitude group counseling evaluation form" assessment,at the same time by using the self-designed "group member assessment of his gratitude group counseling on self evaluation scale" harmonious effect of group counseling on Thanksgiving intervention the effect of self-consistency and congruence.Qualitative research: First,members of the group to fill in the "gratitude group counseling unit evaluation form" group members understand understanding of leadership,team members,and understand the changes of the members of the group cognition,emotion,behaviour;Second,case analysis leader observed in the gratitude group counseling class in the process of understanding related changes the members of the group.Research conclusions:1.The situation of high school students' gratitude level is in good condition,and the development of each dimension is not balanced.The gratitude parents / relatives have the highest score,and the gratitude friends have the lowest score.The high school students' gratitude level has a significant difference in some demographic variables.2.The total score of self-consistency and congruence of high school students is higher than that of the middle group and the high group(The higher the score of self-consistency and congruence and the lower level of self-consistency and congruence),it indicates that the level of self-consistency and congruence of high school students needs further improvement.The level of self-consistency and congruence of high school students is significantly different in some demographic variables.3.There is a close relationship between the two senior high school students and the self-consistency and congruence.Gratitude can predict self-consistency and congruence.Gratitude is an important factor affecting self-consistency and congruence.4.High school students' gratitude and self-consistency and congruence test results were significantly different in the intervention class.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the intervention class,indicating that the gratitude and self-consistency and congruence of senior high school students were significantly improved after Thanksgiving group counseling.5.Gratitude group counseling mid-term effect evaluation,comprehensive effect evaluation,student student evaluation evaluation and qualitative material analysis showed that this group counseling is effective for improving the self-consistency and congruence level of high school students.6.The gratitude group guidance program in this study can significantly improve the level of gratitude and self-consistency and congruence of high school students,and has a good effect.It provides an effective way for schools to improve the level of gratitude and self-consistency and congruence of high school students.
