According to the results of China’s "Work Happiness Index" survey report,Chinese working people have low happiness and are more likely to get negative emotions.In recent years,the number of social events caused by emotions is increasing.It’s negative effects have a profound impact on employee emotional management,employee physical and mental health,enterprise production and development,and social progress.With the rapid pace of work,extensive work content and division of responsibilities make it difficult for employees to accurately grasp their future development direction.While further increasing negative emotions,it also makes it difficult for them to have the energy to correctly understand and effectively solve their own emotional problems.The emergence of these conditions for social workers to intervene put forward the requirements,but also provides the possibility.Enterprise social work is the extension of social work in the field of enterprise.It not only provides professional support for social work in theory and methods,but also combines the actual situation of the enterprise.It aims to cultivate and promote the spirit and ability of mutual assistance and self-help among employees,which is in line with the emotional issues of employees that this study focuses on.In this study "ERG demand Theory","emotional ABC theory",under the framework of a X in Shanghai employees sampling investigation of supply chain enterprise.Using questionnaire and interview methods,this study explored the current situation of employees’ emotional management capabilities,and analyzed the factors that cause negative emotions among employees and their handling methods.And on this basis to establish the group goal,formulate the group plan.Try to use four group activities to help team members correctly understand emotional issues,establish a good interpersonal communication atmosphere,and understand and improve their abilities in three dimensions of emotional management.After the intervention of the group,the pre and post test data were compared,and the situation of the group members was evaluated to a certain extent.I found that the existing emotional problems of team members had been solved to a certain extent,and I understood and learned more ways to deal with negative emotions.From this,it can be seen that the group’s involvement in solving the problem has been effective,and on this basis,a series of reflection work has been carried out.
