In today’s rapid economic growth,Updating frequency continues to increase of knowledge and information,this requires people to constantly update themselves in this fast-paced to stand on the invincible position,mobile learning just to meet people’s needs.With the increasing popularity of mobile communications networks,rapid improvements and the universal in mobile devices,mobile learning styles also upgrade year by year,From the initial learning based on short message,to study based on WAP,and to mobile learning based on intelligent mobile terminal.At present,with the emergence of the third-party application study app,mobile learning has entered the era of micro-learning.Theo Hug thought that "micro-learning is to deal with smaller units and focusing on shorter learning activities". As a kind of excellent app application software,webchat is the one mobile software which has the function of communication,social and platforms,has become an important mobile Internet portal,which provides a new platform and application innovation space for mobile learning.In this paper,in Vocational "Fundamentals of Computer Applications" course as an example, design and develop "Fundamentals of Computer Applications" micro mobile learning platform based on webchat,and the platform has been researched on teaching (learning) application.Mobile learning micro platform based on webchat is composed organically of webchat,webchat public platform and micro-site organic composition,the latter two of which are webchat’s derivatives.These can be achieved through the micro-platform to push real-time messages,auto-reply response,resource sharing,and timely feedback and response applications such as teaching,teachers can also manage the message,users,and material.Finally,after a small-scale experiments,we concluded that mobile learning based on webchat has a learning time fragmented,multi-media learning in the form of mobility, message push precision,contextual learning,interaction of multiple media,the individuality and collaboration of the learning style,etc. Characteristics of this paper is to introduce webchat into the field of teaching and education,and in a specific course for example,conducted a study of the theory and practice,which not only provides a reference for future research on webchat to the applications in education,but also in training students’awareness and habits to use fragmented time for mobile learning,improving the mean of distance education.Promoting the education informatization, achieving lifelong learning has played a significant role.
