New academic benchmark of junior middle school moral education emphasizes observation, feel,and experience by the students themselves and self-exploration to generate knowledge and learn the truth in life; This new benchmark requires teaching to adapt to the characteristics of students ’ physical and mental development,close to the students,close to the community,and close to the daily life.Situational Teaching is one of the hot topics in the current reform of basic education.It is mainly a link to the student’s emotion through the creation of real or stimulant context for a way of teaching.In this paper, I take the situational teaching in the c lassroom of "I grow up in the legal protection" as a breakthrough.Moreover,I do think and try as possible as I can so as to enrich the research situation in the moral education.This paper consists of four parts :the first part is an overview of the content and features of the basic characteristics of teaching;the second part analyzes the necessity and feasib ility of situational teaching in the classroom of "I grow up in the legal protection";the third part designs a specific method of teaching in the context of "I grow up in the legal protection" classroom, namely, "The law protects me to grow" instructional design,and the analys is of the design intent in addition;the fourth part thinks of the use of the situational teaching in the classroom of "I grow up in the legal protection" and proposes the questions of situational teaching in the classroom of moral education.
