《The outline of basic education curriculum reform》is a new starting point for the promulgation of the basic education development in China, "Outline" point that the focus and the end result is the development of each student in the reform. we should focus on the needs of students development, to establish a student life experience-based curriculum, respect student diversity, mainly set up to required courses, scalability and application of elective courses, supplemented by courses to meet the different needs of student development.Today’s ideological and political course to follow the same materials, the same requirements, with the progress of the model, the students in this "identity" environment and development, the difference can not be concerned about, and even ignored. But we have to admit that differences between students as general objective laws of existence, the existence of that is reasonable, so we have to recognize and respect the differences between students. Therefore, in order to effectively utilize the differences of students, promote the development of each student, teachers should be conducted on the basis of differences in student, implementation of differentiated instruction. It is a necessary requirement for curriculum reform, curriculum reform emphasizes that teaching should be regard the students as center, reflect the subjectivity and character of students, so that students have more time and space to participate in classroom activities, Promote full and free development of each student, nor the teacher’s "chalk and talk" and be center, also differentiated instruction is the need of students in differences development, each student has a special attribute, there are differences in many aspects, their differences means that teachers should be treated differently, we should respect the differences among the students. The main difference among the students is their learning basic, learning motivation, learning style, learning ability, Also we should consider their interest in learning, family background, and physiological differences. Implementation of differentiated instruction is not to deny the class system, implementation of differentiated teaching is optimized for the class system, under the conditions of today it is unrealistic to all schools to reach the condition of the implementation of differentiated teaching, must be carried out based on class system.In this paper, literature research methods, case analysis and theoretical study is the main method. consists of six parts, The introduction of this paper introduces the research background, research status and development trends and research methods; Chapter one is about the relevant overview of differentiated instruction. First of all, defining the concept of differentiated instruction, and on this basis "cultural life" differentiated instruction, analysis of differentiated instruction in characteristics and theoretical basis of differentiated instruction are proposed; Chapter two analyze the necessity about the need of differences in the development of students, about the need of teaching materials and curriculum reform; Chapter three is the focus of this article, analyzes the strategies of differentiated instruction, it means the work in preparation stage of differentiated instruction, specific implementation process of differentiated instruction and the evaluation of differentiated instruction; Chapter four is also a focal point in this paper, that is the teaching design "cultural life" in differentiated instruction; e.g. “Experiencing Life”; Finally, analyse the problems and deficiencies in differentiated instruction. Furthermore, find solutions.
