A part of the creative thinking is an integral part of divergent thinking, creative thinking is the highest level of physics thinking, the most precious of a kind of thinking, to cultivate the students’ creative thinking ability is the core of cultivating creative spirit and creative thinking ability is a big show in the quality education in science teaching.By high school students to create physical problems, can guide the student to divergent thinking the same problem from different angles, to cultivate students’ divergent thinking. Example teaching and homework to teachers should guide students to multiple perspectives analysis to solve physical problems, such not only can help students further understand the physical knowledge, physical methods, but also to improve the students’ problem solving ability and cultivate students’ creative thinking ability. In this paper, on the basis of the original study, in Physics Teaching in senior high school teaching and summarizes how to cultivate students’ divergent thinking ability in the teaching of the senior high school students, to guide the creation of physical problems of this teaching mode is a teaching function.Followed by the three major teaching methods: provide physical model, creating a physical method, physical problems, write the implementation method, the conditions of the problem set life situations. Guide the students to create physical problems as a kind of teaching mode, give priority to with students play of initiative and enthusiasm, adopt diversified teaching forms, is conducive to promoting the development of students’ thinking extensity and flexibility, completely conform to promote students’ divergent thinking must abide by the three teaching methods.Maneuverability, discusses the guide high school students create physical problem to carry out the reform of training students’ divergent thinking in practice.
