Since the seventeenth Century Comenius suggested classroom teaching, classroom teaching has become the basic teaching form all over the world. Classroom management also emerge as the times require, and with the development of the times, it has gradually attracted the attention of scholars. The new curriculum reform puts forward new requirements to teachers’ classroom management. Some teachers have in a bold attempt to change the classroom management concept, ways of classroom management and methods. Junior high school students are in puberty, it’s a special period, body and mind are developing rapidly. They have strong curiosity, and they have a thirst for knowledge. They also dare to challenge authority. They are easy to produce negative mentality and confrontation emotion. Because of the speciality of education, the classroom management in Junior high school presents complexity. Some teachers also reflect on how to improve the effectiveness of classroom management.This study focuses on construction of democracy, equality, harmony, effective junior middle school Chinese language class management pattern, proposed the system, has strong pertinence of junior middle school Chinese language class management strategy, promote the effectiveness of the junior middle school language teacher class management, to improve the level of junior middle school Chinese language teacher class management provide certain reference. To further promote the junior middle school Chinese language classroom teaching, improve teaching quality and promote the all-round development of students.This study has carried out in Hohhot No.31 Middle School, using the method of questionnaire investigation, interview investigation and study. Through the analysis of the interviews of the teachers and students of the questionnaire analysis, we understand the current junior middle school language teacher’s classroom management idea and the way of classroom management, and it summarizes the current situation of junior high school teachers’ classroom management, we found that the current classroom management in junior high school Chinese teachers exists three major problems:teachers to the new curriculum concept learning is not thorough, There is a contradiction between the idea and behavior; the relationship between teachers and students in the classroom owes equality; teachers’ classroom management ability is insufficient, classroom management effectiveness is poor. And further analyzes the deep reasons, affecting the effectiveness of classroom management in middle school language teachers include:effects of management consciousness of traditional educational and teaching ideas of teacher’s classroom management, teachers lack of the knowledge of specialized training, self innovation awareness of teachers is not strong, education evaluation system is not perfect, unreasonable classroom setting causes difficulties in the classroom management.According to the analysis of classroom management theory research and field survey, and based on the above problems and the present situation of Junior Chinese classroom management needed to be improved in this paper, and puts forward six strategies:first, focus on specialized training classroom management knowledge, improve the level of theory; second, construct efficient interactive teaching relationship; third, improve he effectiveness of junior high school Chinese classroom teaching behavior; fourth, the effectiveness of classroom rules; fifth, effective strategies of the classroom problem behavior treatment; sixth, strengthen the management of classroom environment.
