Education For Environment And Sustainable Development Of Colleges In Inner Mongolia

The Inner Mongolia autonomous region is rich in natural resources, economic development potential is tremendous. But in recent years, the unreasonable development and utilization of resources makes the region ecological environment worsening. Investigate its reason, mainly is the public didn’t form the concept of environmental protection and sustainable development, environmental moral consciousness is still relatively weak.Colleges are the important position of the propaganda of the environmental protection and sustainable development knowledge, development environment and the sustainable development education in colleges could promote the sustainable development concept in the popularity of the whole society. Therefore, carrying out the college environment and sustainable development education research in the Inner Mongolia not only could find problems,provide some methods suggestions for the environment and sustainable development education in colleges,but also could popularize knowledge of environment and sustainable development education, improve the consciousness of the environment and sustainable development of all nationalities in Inner Mongolia.The article consists of the introduction,the development present situation,exsiting problems and suggestions.The introduction expounds the propose and development process of environment and sustainable development education, and the theoretical basis,finally defines the meaning of the environment and sustainable development of education in colleges.The first chapter concluded that the results of the survey and the status of the college environment and sustainable development education in Inner Mongolia through carring on the analysis to the questionnaire of college environment and sustainable development education.The second chapter expounds the problems existed in the colledge environment and sustainable development education in Inner Mongolia.The third chapter put forward suggestions for the problems existed in the colledge environment and sustainable development education in Inner Mongolia.
