Students with learning difficulties has been the object of concern to the education sector, especially the new one since the implementation of basic education, respect their dignity and attention to individual differences as in the classroom teaching process one of the important issues worthy of attention. But it is undeniable that in the process of teaching students with learning difficulties in the classroom most of the level of participation is still not high, and its cause is a variety of reasons. This research is aimed at students with learning difficulties in the classroom situation and the reasons for the lack of participation, with a view to enhancing the practical teaching of students with learning difficulties in class participation, students with learning difficulties to promote the development of subjectivity.In this paper, students with learning difficulties at home and abroad for study and class participation made a comb, and this study involves "learning difficulties","class participation" made a conceptual definition. Secondly, I through a questionnaire survey to collect data and analyze the current primary school students with learning difficulties in class status, including their participation in the classroom to participate in the behavior, cognitive and emotional involvement in three areas. This part, the author of the reality status of students with learning difficulties primary school classroom observation and individual students with learning difficulties were interviewed, summed up the impact of primary school students with learning difficulties in the classroom What are the main factors, and various factors to be analyzed. The last part of the author proposes a solution strategy, namely, how to improve primary and secondary students with learning difficulties classroom participation. This part, part of the author based on studies of the factors, these factors focus on analysis of primary school students with learning difficulties to improve classroom participation of specific strategies.This study seeks to show elementary school students with learning difficulties like the real state of class participation, and students with learning difficulties reveal the impact of various factors involved in the classroom to help teachers, students with learning difficulties concern and respect for the personality and individuality, democracy and equality in the classroom to improve learning level of participation of poor students, so that poor students in the "activities" in the construction of knowledge structure, in the "participation" has been self-improvement. In addition, this study proposes a practical, workable solution strategy, to give in reality caught in a low degree of class participation to provide some students with learning difficulties to help them become true masters of the classroom.
