The urban integration of migrant children is made up of migrant children individual disorders caused by the interaction with the social environment, psychologically, act in a manner that does not identity, exclusion of urban phenomena. In recent years, wit h the development of social work, social work in achieving outstanding results in the field of children and adolescents, the professionalism and effectiveness of the social work community’s identity.Based on the investigation of the current situation of the urban fusion of migrant children in Guangxi, the paper uses the professional statistical software SPSS20.0 to summarize and analyze the data, discussion on the path of improving the urban fusion of mobile children in the perspective of social work. The floating children in urban fusion status of the overall good performance, emotional needs, demand of high-quality educational resources, the needs of development, are certain to meet, but by the constraints of the household registration system, social and cultural, educational placement, improper family education function lack of migrant children and personal resilience and low specific reasons, in part of the floating children showing social network involution, social culture into the low degree, fuzzy identification, psychological pressure and some nots allow to ignore the problem, the study found. Based on the view of social work, with professional social work theory as a guide, from the macro administrative level and microscopic practice also the city of migrant children fusion intervention, in order to solve the floating children in urban fusion and helpful to Guangxi adolescent socialization service system sound, enrich the theories of social work, promote the development of local social work.
