Team Work Involved In The Study Of Urban Integration Of Children Of Migrants

With the expanding of socialization,most of the rural and urban border into urban structure,many children follow their parents out of the country,new life came to an unfamiliar city.It's an opportunity and a challenge for them.The census in 2019 showed that the floating populations of those children who fellow their parents into a new city life are as many as 1 million people,these children are gradually becoming a kind of typical people,which arouse the concern of society from all walks of life.Among them,some experts and scholars began to conduct a series of studies on whether the children of migrant workers can integrate into the city better and faster.More research from different perspectives respectively are:the problem of the city adaptation;School education adaptation problems and so on.After consulting lots of literature,the researcher also found that trailing children's psychological health are analyzed by some psychology experts.This article is from the perspective of professional social work to analyze the situation that rural migrants children fit into the city life.This article mainly studies the specific performance of some migrant children in S street through the city integration service project of J institution in Jinan city.In this article,through participatory observation and on-the-spot investigation method and interview method and so on this paper investigated ten children of migrant workers from primary schools in this street.,then they were brought into the team and took part in group activities.Through J mechanism design courses and activities designed by J institution,it made great effect of improving city trailing children problems.In addition,according to the survey,the following problems exist in the integration of migrant children:1.Children of migrant workers have poor academic performance in school,which makes it difficult for them to integrate into urban campus life.2.They also show a little "timid"in the process of communication.Most of the children have some problems when they communication with people.3.After research deeply,it is found that the family atmosphere of most migrant children was more indifference than that of ordinary urban children.They lack of love and there is less communication between family members.4.Part trailing period of children at an early age should be carefree,as a result of the difficulties in integrating into the surrounding life and putting more pressure on themselves,which embodied in poor self-identity,introverted personality and some other negative energy.In view of these problems we found,this paper analyzed the causes of these problems through the interviews with families after group activities,and then used the methods of group work and case interview were used in the whole group activities to intervene in their problems such as poor academic performance,cold family atmosphere,poor interpersonal relationship and so on.
