In recent years, with the vigorous development of higher vocational education, vocational colleges in the number, size and number of students have occupied half of higher education, but people are frequently worried about their quality of education, especially for its future development training courses expressed worrying. Vocational colleges Training Course is an effective way to integrate professional knowledge and skills, to provide students with a wealth of jobs in the formal entry, workplace experience, is to train students the ability to post an integral part of comprehensive practical course. In recent years, China has repeatedly issued file deployment training curriculum development, and training courses to increase investment in construction, but currently Curriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges of the situation is not ideal, there are many drawbacks.In this study, A Case of Vocational College (hereinafter referred to as A College) in Hebei Province, from the training base construction, training courses faculty status, training curriculum status, status of implementation of training courses, training courses and evaluate the effect of five aspects of the implementation of training courses survey, found that the presence of A college courses in the training curriculum training base building fewer weak teachers training courses, training curriculum unreasonable, training curriculum implementation process does not meet the requirements, training course evaluation system is unreasonable and other defects. On the basis of statistical analysis and literature research, The author believes that the training courses can participate in the construction of the future training base construction enterprises to mobilize the enthusiasm from the industry to continuously improve the quality of teachers training "Double-professionally-titled Teachers", a reasonable real training curriculum, course content to accelerate the training curriculum reform and improve the training curriculum five aspects of the evaluation system to comprehensively improve A college student’s professional competence and critical ability.
