Research On The Principle Of Administrative Efficiency Of Colleges And Universities

In recent years,although the integral development of universities is rapid,management efficiency in universities is still impeded by outdated concept in management.Some traditional but inappropriate ideas are one of barriers to affect improvement of administrative efficiency in universities.The administrative efficiency in universities concerns schooling level and benefits and is the important scale of overall level.The institutions in universities develop a lot with the promotion of modernization,especially in the aspect of administration,that is highlighted.To build up an administrative team with high efficiency can ensure the survival and development of universities.This article analyzes administrative theories,construction of administrative team,and administrative executive abilities through illustrating the present situation of administration in universities.In order to adapt to the challenge of knowledge economy in the new era,to follow the change of external environment,to take the advantages of the construction development in universities,and to make the maximum use of the limited human resources,financial resources and material resources,it is very urgent to update administrative concepts and reformation of management methods.This article studies related theories on administrative knowledge,analyzes the reasons of the current phenomenon and summarizes that from the aspects of administrative concepts,management team construction,administrative execution and policy rationalization,the administrative system is focused to constructed,the platforms with profound culture are built up and the reasonable administrative organizations are formed so that the administrative efficiency can be improved,and efforts are devoted to national strategies of developing through science and education and to the realization of the great "Chinese Dream".
