In the classroom teaching of primary school teachers,teachers are paying more attention to the students' classroom status and teaching effects usually.They generally believe that this is the main task of classroom teaching.The concept of “classroom teaching encouragement” arises from here.The teacher's classroom teaching motivation reflects the professional ability of the teacher.The effect of the classroom teaching encourages the teacher's teaching effect and is the key to the classroom teaching.However,what is the effectiveness of our primary school classroom teaching motivation,whether teachers can improve the level of teaching and stimulate students' interest in learning mathematics through the application of classroom teaching incentives.This study tries to find out the reasons and analyze strategies through specific current status surveys.By combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons of classroom teaching motivation of mathematics teachers in grade five and six.Among them,the main problems are as follows: Teachers are ignoring the individual differences of students,resulting in the lack of pertinence of classroom teaching incentives;teachers of classroom teaching incentives are unfair,ignoring the student groups and groups,the specific performance of their classroom teaching incentives are mostly for individual students,for students Fewer groups and groups;teachers are neglecting the objectivity of classroom teaching incentives,resulting in ineffective classroom teaching incentives that are not objective and comprehensive,and can not mobilize students' enthusiasm;teachers are neglecting the effectiveness of classroom teaching incentives,resulting in classroom teaching incentive effects are not significantly enough.The main causes of these problems are teachers' lacking of awareness of classroom teaching motivation,lacking of awareness of the implementation of classroom teaching incentives,insufficient attention,lacking of ability related departments did not provide specific training content and so on.According to the summary of the problems and the analysis of the reasons,this study proposes concrete and feasible countermeasures for teachers in the implementation of classroom teaching incentives,mainly from the strengthening of related training,to increase teachers' awareness and implementation of classroom teaching incentives,and enrich The method of classroom teaching encouragement,to harmonious the relationship between teachers and students to promote incentives for fairness,and the awareness of teachers in implementing classroom teaching incentives should be given to teachers and relevant departments to make more reasonable suggestions.
