Online courses are a kind of reconstruction of the curriculum culture.As a new curriculum form,teachers' role is not only to answer questions,but also to motivate,guide and maintain learners' motivation.Therefore,how to design teaching incentive strategies in online courses is an important issue that raises the quality and effect of online learning.In online course learning,teaching incentives affect online learners' perceptions,learning experiences,satisfaction and participation,etc.Effective and continuous teaching incentives can enhance learners' perceptions of course content and increase communication between students to students and students to teachers,this enable learners to achieve knowledge construction through discussion,collaboration,and communication,resulting in a true online learning experience.However,as far as the current research on teaching incentives in online courses is concerned,there are problems such as a single incentive approach and incentive strategies are not specific enough.Therefore,how to rationally design teaching incentive strategies in online courses so that learners can participate continuously and effectively in online courses,has become a continuing concerns in the field of online education.This research comprehensively uses literature research methods,investigation methods,design-based research methods,etc.Based on the retrieval and analysis of related literature at home and abroad,clarifies the core concepts of this research and the related research status of teaching incentive strategies in online courses,defines the theoretical basis for the design of teaching incentive strategies in online courses.On the basis of analyzing the theoretical appeal and practical needs of the design of teaching incentive strategies in online courses,the author designs teaching incentive strategies in online courses,and applied to practical teaching.At the same time,the study use survey research methods,social network analysis methods,to analyze the effect of practice,correct and optimize the default teaching incentive strategies,and form a relatively perfect teaching incentive strategies in online courses.The results of research show that the using of teaching incentive strategies in online courses can stimulate and maintain learners' motivation,and enable learners to participate in online learning continuously and effectively.Through theoretical analysis,strategies design,and teaching practice,this study has got three points of research conclusions:(1)Learning objectives,learning resources,learning activities,teaching incentives,and learning evaluations in online courses are the main factors that influence learners' learning motivation.(2)The teaching incentive strategies in the online courses mainly include the stimulation strategies in the learning preparation phase,the maintenance strategies in the learning and development phase,and the reinforcement strategies in the learning end phase.(3)Teaching incentives can enhance learning result of learners' online course learning.
