For more than 10 years, there have been ever increasing reforms in education and now "Study Incentives" is not only considered an education method, or simply a way of teaching, it is already establishing itself as an education ideal. It has attracted the attention of lots of education professors, education specialists and front line teachers. Incorporating a reward based incentive system as a focused way of teaching, as to stimulate the students results in greater student motivation and creativity. By understanding a students'real inner demands and then creating a student oriented study environment, motivates students'to study. In this way, students will acquire a more all round development, they will focus from external incentives to internal incentives, then they will start to motivate themselves, becoming better inheritor for Chinese socialism. This is the key point of the educational reform. It is the major purpose of a quality oriented education system.Every child has great potential for development, their psychological characteristics based on their age decide their "instability" and "malleability". Children have all kinds of possibilities for their future and the major purpose of education is to nurture their potential, and turn their potential into reality. By helping students acquire knowledge, improve their personalities, and become more independent and have their own opinions. All of this needs teachers to care, focus on and motivate every individual student. Some of the front line teachers haven't figured out the principle and theoretical supports required by students before they start to use "Study Incentives", and haven't understood the deep needs of their students, so the effectiveness of how to use "Study Incentives" needs to improve. This essay is based on more organized information and theoretical groundwork on "Study Incentives". Focusing on better teaching principles gives teachers a more applied way of using "Study Incentives". Front line teachers can use and benefit from "Study Incentives" to better encourage their students to perform.
