| One of the eternal topics of kindergarten concern is the safety of kindergarten.It is the premise and foundation of kindergarten to carry out other work to do a good job in kindergarten safety and ensure the safety of children’s life.The new version of the Kindergarten Work Code has raised the requirements for safety work,Baoding City has also implemented a special rectification of the safety work of the city’s private kindergartens.In view of the current injury incidents that have occurred in kindergartens,most of which occur in private kindergartens,so this article will be the city’s private kindergarten safety management of the overall investigation.This paper mainly from the establishment and improvement of the safety system,the safety and perfection of facilities and equipment,staff safety awareness and training three aspects,to find out the existing problems,for the problem to put forward specific policies,in order to improve the safety management of kindergartens to provide reference and advice.The study used questionnaire,interview and field observation to study the safety management of kindergartens run by Baoding citizens.According to the "Hebei Province Kindergarten Information Statistics Table" issued by the Education Bureau,using a stratified random sampling method,the provincial demonstration park,one type kindergarten,two kindergartens of the second type of kindergarten were selected,and six private kindergartens of different levels were surveyed using the Kindergarten Safety Management Questionnaire,and a total of 360 questionnaires were distributed,46 questionnaires were excluded from invalid and missing,and the remaining valid questionnaires were 314,with an effective rate of 87.2%.Interviews were also conducted with 12 staff members,including faculty and the director of the park.Then the collected questionnaire is analyzed statistically,and the interview results are collated.Through the analysis,it is found that there are many problems in the safety management of private kindergartens,mainly as follows: in the safety management system,the system is not scientific,mainly developed by the park leaders,experts andfront-line teachers participate less,teachers and staff have low understanding of the safety management system,the operation of the safety management system is not strong,some parents do not cooperate with kindergarten safety management Work,lack of supervision and evaluation of the safety management system,in the safety facilities and equipment,fire safety hazards,outdoor venues uneven,large toys and park prone to hazards in the lack of safety management signs,corridor congestion,poor safety passages,poor surrounding environment,etc.Lack of accident first aid knowledge and skills,lack of safety training,low awareness of safety prevention and other problems.Finally,this paper is targeted to Baoding citizens to run kindergarten safety management issues,put forward the corresponding strategic plan,including: in the safety management system,private kindergartens should scientifically develop a safety management system,increase the participation of teachers and experts,establish a perfect and detailed safety responsibility system,improve the supervision and evaluation system,Strengthen home cooperation,in the safety facilities and equipment,private kindergartens should pay attention to create a safe outdoor environment for young children,strengthen indoor environment construction,reduce security risks,police and civil cooperation to rectify the surrounding environment;At the same time,create a positive safety culture,so as to effectively improve the safety awareness of faculty and staff. |
