| It is a significant measure that China has established the financial aid system which is to improve the educational equality. Being an agricultural province, Henan has the largest population and the weaker economy. The rural population of college students in Henan is so large that their family financial difficulties are comparatively prominent. In order to protect the needy students’ rights of receiving education, Henan Provincial Student Financial Aid Administration Center has basically established a complete financial aid system which costs over ten years’ efforts. However, there are lots of problems when it is practiced in colleges. With the research of college students’financial aid administration system in Henan, the paper analyses the existing problems and reasons, and puts forward some feasible suggestions and solutions. |
