Investigation On Development Status And Promotion Strategy Of Principal’s Information Technology Leadership In Primary And Secondary School

In recent years, the educational informationzation continues with a high-frequency and modern word in people’s sight, the research on the information technology leadership has been a main issue focused by the field of Chinese educational informationzation. As the pioneer of the school’s educational informationzation work, the principal plays an important role on the construction, the level of the primary and secondary principal informationzation technology leadership affects the implementation of basic education informationzation.This study consists of three parts, the first part is the theoretical basis of the study, and the second part is empirical analysis of research data and findings in the design, the third part is the study of the problems and corresponding promotion strategy, as a total of six chapters. The first chapter of the "Introduction", clarifies the research background, research status, pointed out the importance and necessity to promote the educational informationzation work in the research area. Then, on the basis of the definition of the principal information technology leadership to determine the contents, and to select a more appropriate research methods. The second chapter, by the basic theory to design a the survey research program to meet the regional characteristics and accordingly carry out field surveys, questionnaires, interviews, case studies and other research methods, to obtain real and effective data and interview information. Chapter IV is the leadership problems of principals. Then, some promotion strategies on specific issues in chapter V have been raised, which to promote the information leadership of the principals from four aspects:individual, educational departments, schools, and social.
