Study On Development Of College Social Work Based On Quality Curriculum

From the Major of Social Work and Social Management was set up in Peking University in 1988, to the Lequn Social Work Service was established in Shanghai in 2003, and then to the proposal of "building a grand social work personnel" was put forward at the Sixth Plenary Session of its Sixteenth Central Committee of Chinese Communist, and until recently, the social work was incorporated into the government work report for the first time. With the reforming and opening, the social work has been constantly developing into a new level.However, the fast development of social work doesn’t promote college social work adequately. College social work still doesn’t get rid of the shackles of college student work. The three modes of the traditional college social work, student association, special teacher and agency outside school, haven’t a tangible result. In this case, for further advance in traditional college social work, the author timely put forward a new way to promote college social work based on quality curriculum and respectively explain the old points of old way and the new points of new way in different scales.This study gives priority to participatory action research, which mainly uses method combining obtrusive research with unobtrusive research, supplemented by interview research and literature research. In terms of the author’s college social work practice at Sevencolor Studio, this study elaborates the development of college social work based on quality curriculum from aspects of plan、report、program、implement、evaluation、 summary、follow-up、observation、rethink and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages.This study holds the opinion that the development of college social work based on quality curriculum combines progress and intricacy, developing the traditional college social work. It achieves the combination of top-down and bottom-up, at the same time, it also shows enough blame to go around and many fixes to make.
