The new course reform should respect the subject status of students, so that students actively participate in, learn to cooperate, to stimulate students interest in learning. To meet these requirements, many teaching methods emphasizing the principal role of the students, like the "271" NO.2 ChangLe Middle School, the Du Langkou were developed. This paper is focused on the "271" teaching method of NO.2 ChangLe Middle School.This paper tries to find out the problems facing the "271" teaching method and thus work out the solutions and suggestions for its better implementation by analyzing the application and effects of the "271" teaching method in high school history teaching practice.The application of "271" teaching method in high school history teaching practice will be analyzed in the following four aspects:Firstly, the implication, theoretical basis and mechanism of the "271 "teaching method will be introduced.The second part is a case study of the application of "271" teaching method in high school history teaching practice, where the "The Origin and Development of Roman Law" will be taken as a case.The third part will be an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the "271" teaching method with the study of its actual teaching practice and effects. The problems facing the "271" teaching method will be the focus of this part, where the requirements to the students’capability and the teachers’ control of the teaching activities and realization of the three-dimensional goal.The last part will be solutions and suggestions to the problems facing the "271" teaching method, including working out feasible guided learning plan, encouraging the active role of the groups and the teachers’ mastering role in teaching activities.
