Studies On The Problems About The C Areer Planning Of Sports Education Major Students Of Henan Normal University

Studies on the career plannings of undergraduates who major in the physical education form 6 Normal universities in Henan,by using literature, expert interview, questionnaire and other research methods,we survey the personal career plannings of junior and senior students in number of 572 and teachers’ career planning education work implementation in number of 18,moreover,analysis the collected data deeply,we come to the conclusion in the following:(1) Students aspect: for the particularity of the professional sports, the reasons of students’ major choice are very complex,and there is a big distance between before attending the school and after the entrance on the professional interest.After admission,affected by the factors such as physical, part of the students’ professional interest is still difficult to cultivate.In the process of career planning,the degree of cognitive is low while the degree of recognition is high,these two aspects have big difference.They don’t have a clear idea of professional orientation,and their career choices are utilitarian. Their career planning ideas are consciousness, their study initiation is low and their self monitoring ability is poor.(2) The school aspect: because of the late coming of the career planning education in our country,although which has been normally opened in universities nowadays.But there still have many problems such as less class hour arrangement, the inappropriate arrangement of class time,the traditional organization way, the poor effect, the unreasonable evaluation, the disconnect with the education internship,the lack of money and teachers.(3) Other aspects: as the final home to return for the talents of colleges and universities,the society lack the right values guide and evaluation of physical education teachers. Many students lack of family education about career planning,and some parents lack of supervision on their kids’ learning process,while the interference on students’ career choice direction,career position,career place are too much.These factors are affect the students’ judgment of career choice.For the series of problems presented in the career planning of sports education professional students in our Provence, the author will analyze the reason from these three aspects :student orientation, school education, social and family.And put forward the following measures:(1) clear the implementation of the career planning steps, strengthen the consciousness of students’ planning.(2) perfect the four part of career planning course.(3) input more teachers and funds, and promote connection between the career planning course and education practice.(4) strengthen the state’s macroeconomic regulation and control, ensure the effective implementation of the career planning course.
