With the rapid development of the global economy,countries all over the world have higher and higher requirements on the quality and skills of talents.Many enterprises have more and more strong demand for high-quality practical and skilled talents,thus putting forward higher requirements for career education.As countries pay more and more attention to the development of career education,the development of middle career education ushered in new opportunities.The rapid development of China's economy requires a large number of professional and technical personnel with high quality and high skills to provide strong support,and also puts forward higher requirements for the development of education of China's middle occupation.Due to the influence of the factors such as the continued expansion of colleges and universities,leading to a sharp drop in secondary vocational schools to attract students,secondary vocational students enrollment is more and more difficult,and admission of students the basic knowledge and learning ability is generally low,it's for the teacher's education teaching has brought a greater difficulties,therefore,how to strengthen the secondary vocational school teachers' career planning,through the joint efforts of schools and teachers themselves,create a met the need of the development of secondary vocational school education teaching staff,has become an urgent need to solve practical problems,therefore,in this paper,countermeasures for the targeted research,and puts forward the relevant countermeasures.Through investigation and analysis,this paper believes that there are many problems in the career development of teachers of public basic courses in vocational schools at present,and the causes of these problems mainly include internal factors,external factors and personal factors.Internal reason mainly is the school rules and regulations,leadership style,such as political,economic and cultural factors are the main external reasons,such as personal reasons mainly personal development motivation,personal professional basis,personal family factors,etc.,and connecting with the secondary role of public basic course teachers'professional development career planning and development planning and the way to choose the case analysis.Finally,based on the previous analysis,this paper proposes strategies suitable for the implementation of vocational school teachers' career development planning of public basic courses from the aspects of vocational school teachers' individual,school and so on.This paper proposes to help teachers make career planning from the aspects of individuals and organizations,so as to improve their self-development and promote the success of education teaching and career development of secondary vocational public basic course teachers.
