Problems Of High School Education And Career Planning Countermeasures

At present,many high school students face a major selection and the perplexity of college entrance examination application.Some classmates make blind choices,after entering the university to study,only to find that the selected profession is not the one they like or are good at,but it's late to regret.Although some high school began to carry out career planning education,it did not achieve good effect,mainly in the aspect that school did not draw enough attention to career planning education and education content,method is single and that schools lack education resources and so on.There is unreasonably guide students to be self-cognition and to develop their own career planning ability.Therefore,in order for students to successfully enter the university,study the ideal profession,do the career in dreams,and make more contributions to the society and countries,high school should carry out career planning education orderly and effectively.In this paper,a variety of research methods are used including questionnaire survey,interview method and literature research.Primarily take the present conditions of the education of career planning of a three-star high school in Lianyungang city,Jiangsu province as the survey sample,carry out the survey of the situation of career planning education in different grade,statistics are based on different grade students on the school self-cognition and career cognition.According to the survey,high school students lack the knowledge of themselves and career planning.The education status of the school career planning is not very satisfactory.In order to solve the problems of education in this kind of school students' career planning,this paper mainly analyzes from the following five aspects.Firstly,the school should update education concept and insist on the quality-oriented education.Secondly,the school should strengthen the development and implementation of education program.Thirdly,the school improve the software and hardware level of education in career planning.Fourthly,the school must strengthen students' education and improve their self-knowledge and career planning ability.Finally,the school should combine family and social resources to improve education efficiency.
