The main purpose of this study is to master the current situation of the career maturity of senior one students,and through the career planning course to intervene the career maturity of senior one students,to explore the positive role of career planning course in further improving the career maturity of senior one students.First of all,according to the questionnaire of vocational maturity of middle school students compiled by Liu Hui and Zhang Dajun(2004),this paper investigates the vocational maturity of high school students in order to understand their current situation,and then designs targeted courses.Second,in this study,a high school in Shenyang City,Liaoning Province,took the first year of high school students as the research object,randomly selected two classes with the same number of people and gender structure from the participating classes,and there was no significant difference in the level of professional maturity.As participants in this intervention study,the two classes were divided into classes A and B,followed by the experimental group and the control group.Eight classes of career planning courses were taught to the students in Class A of the experimental group,with a view to enhancing the students' level of professional maturity.In the course design process,the student maturity requirements are fully considered,and the course intervention is mainly carried out from seven aspects,including self-confidence,independence,initiative,utility,stability,professional self-knowledge,professional world knowledge,etc.The class B of the control group does not explain the career course within the same class hours.On the basis of eight course interventions in the experimental class,class A and class B were again tested for occupational maturity to test the effectiveness of the course intervention.With the help of SPSS 21.0,the evaluation data of the experimental group and the control group were analyzed respectively.The results can be found that after the intervention of the career planning class in the experimental group A students,the level of professional maturity has been significantly improved.It proves that the intervention content designed in this career planning intervention course in terms of interest,personality,career vision,values,active participation in career decision-making,self-confidence,career information exploration,career world knowledge learning,can enrich students' career knowledge and promote students Enhancement of professional maturity.Based on the results of this study,the following educational recommendations are proposed: Schools should promote and improve career planning courses,and infiltrate career education into various disciplines and school activities.It is necessary to exert the role of the family in career education.The social should improve the vocational education system and strengthen the concept of career education.
