Following the vigorous development of information technology, the wide spread of mobile devices and the abundant learning resources, mobile learning brings new learning experience, huge changes of learning, education and society, and will become an indispensable way of learning in the future. However, the mobile learning enthusiasm and effect of learners isn’t matching with the popularity of mobile devices. What is the acceptability of mobile learning for learners, which factors will affect learners for mobile learning, they become the key to the development and applications of mobile learning.Through systematically combing the relevant studies of acceptability and mobile learning at home and abroad, discussing the college students’ acceptant process of mobile learning.On the basis of the semi-structured interviews among college students, the thesis constructs the model of college students’ acceptance and influence factors of mobile learning, and designs the preliminary experimental investigation questionnaire of college students’ mobile learning acceptance and influence factors. Firstly, the author implements the field survey to 108 college students, uses SPSS19.0 analyze the reliability and validity of experimental data, thus filters and eliminates the item of the questionnaire; Secondly, the author conducts a formal investigation about the condition about of college students ‘ mobile learning through the network questionnaire, analyzes the basic characteristics of the respondents, gets the condition of college students’ acceptance of mobile learning:(1)male students is higher than female students’ acceptance of mobile learning;(2)undergraduate and graduate levels of college students’ acceptance of mobile learning is significantly higher than that of Junior college students, and undergraduate and graduate students don’t exist significant difference;(3)including the six types college students of literature and history, technology, agriculture, education, economic, their acceptance of mobile learning is no significant difference. Finally, adopting multiple regression analysis to the survey data, we obtains the situations of influence factors of college students’ mobile learning:(1) perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norms and self-efficacy have significant effect on acceptance and innovation awareness of acceptance is no significant effect on acceptance;(2)both perceived ease of use, and subjective norm have a significant effect on perceived usefulness;(3)resource and technology optimization, self-efficacy and self-management of learning have a significant effect on perceived ease of use.The thesis reveals the influence factors of college students’ mobile learning, and explains the intrinsic relationship between various factors. The thesis offers a scientific basis for optimization and design of college students’ mobile learning from the empirical perspective, and provides strategic support for the promotion and application of mobile learning in the school.
