| Immigrated adolescents as a large number of group, has been more and more attention in recent years, many fields, such as education and psychology。 They usually use "problem perspective" to illustrate their problems and difficulties, but did not consider the ability of the service object itself. And as a kind of professional social work method, they affirmed the service object has the ability to change their needs, and to the service object of the situation said understanding and acceptance, and then using the professional skills and case study, group work method to the service object of professional services, links, resources, establishing the service object change all aspects of the system.Based on the cases during the author’s internship in Suzhou Social Work Office, this t hesis will discuss, through the analysis of individual case and group activities, the feasibilit y of applying social work approaches on the career guidance of floating adolescents, hopin g to build a efficient service relation with objects using social working skills such as listeni ng, empathy and acceptance, focusing on each object’s problem and taking measures accor dingly. In the meantime, social workers will have to constantly evaluate their objects and a djust their plans. They will ponder over the problems they have met during work and come up with effective solutions. In the end, they also have to assess the effect of social working approaches. By doing this whole course, their specialty level will be improved, and a lot of practical experience and information will be accumulated. According to the whole study, t he author holds that it’s highly feasible and necessary to apply social working approaches o n the career guidance of floating adolescents. However, social workers must improve their service skills and pay attention to their own mental state. They have to work out scientific s ervice plans according to their serving objects, and build a reliable service tracking system to follow up. |
